Our association carries out support activities aimed at corporations, organizations, and local governments to promote Italian culture and language in Japan. We provide services that utilize our expertise and network to address various needs and challenges related to Italian culture and language.

① Italian National Tourist Board (ENIT)
To celebrate the 700th anniversary of Dante’s life, the Italian National Tourist Board (ENIT) Tokyo Office and Società Dante Alighieri Tokyo have collaborated on a special project.
Through the special Dante 700th anniversary course, we discussed Dante’s life and achievements, as well as Italy’s culture, both past and present. Additionally, we held lessons in basic Italian conversation useful for travel and work.
② Itabashi City Hall
Società Dante Alighieri Tokyo conducted Italian conversation lessons for volunteer staff from Itabashi City Hall, which hosted the Italian volleyball team during the Tokyo Olympics.
By covering a wide range of topics, including Italy’s history and culture, the relationship between Italians and sports, and daily conversations, we helped deepen their understanding of Italy.
